Accounts Teacher Accounts A Teacher Account is responsible for creating and managing Student Accounts Teachers control what content students can access Teachers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials Student Accounts Student Accounts are created and managed by Teacher Accounts Students may only access content assigned to them Teachers are fully responsible for student activity on the platform LearnHero does not enter into separate agreements with Student Accounts. All rights and obligations related to student use of the platform are governed by the Teacher Account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. 3. Use of the Platform You agree to use LearnHero only for lawful and educational purposes. You must not: Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities Upload or create inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. 4. Educational Content & Responsibility LearnHero provides tools to create and distribute educational materials. However: All lessons, quizzes, and curricula are created or selected by Teacher Accounts Teachers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before assigning it to students LearnHero does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or educational outcomes of any content Use of the platform does not replace professional educational instruction. 5. AI-Generated Content LearnHero includes AI-assisted features to help generate lesson materials, quizzes, and explanations. By using these features, you acknowledge: AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies All AI-generated content must be reviewed by the Teacher before use LearnHero is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content 6. Lesson Library (Public Content) Teachers may choose to submit lessons to the public Lesson Library. Submitted lessons are reviewed by LearnHero before publication LearnHero may approve, reject, or remove content at its discretion By submitting content, you grant LearnHero the right to display and distribute it to other users You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a license to use it within the platform. 7.
